"The guy I am dealing with, Ron, is so customer savvy. I am very particular hard-nosed customer. I left amother dealership because I did not like the way I was treated. I did everything that they said, but I did not like them. I did not feel they were being honest with me. Ron is so honest and efficient. He explains things. He is the greatest. They really have a good dealership in Santa Monica. They did a good job on the car. Most of all, I really trust Ron, that is so important. If he came out and told me I needed $500 worth of work, I would probably believe him because he was an honest person. That is very important. As far as I could tell, they did a good job.
If they did not do a good job, then him being nice would not help. It is not just that he is nice, he treats the customers with respect. When I ask a lot of questions, he answers every single question. He is knowledgeable, he knows how to talk to customers in an honest and straightforward way. He is the best. He looks at me, explains things to me and does things when he says he is going to do them."
